• Volunteer Administrators decide if content is abuse or not, Anyone may request a review of any decision to the site admin by sending an email to info@handy.co.za
• The Listing Owner may delete Anonymous if he or she chooses to do so
• The Listing Owner cannot delete Consumer References & Reviews but may answer or respond in the first position, above other comments
